30-45 seconds shoulder/lat/arm stretch

Skill

-10 bench press @ 60-70%
-6 DB split lunges each side
-12 banded monster walks

Rest 60 seconds between sets

followed by
EVERY MINUTE FOR 8 MINUTES
10 DB bicep curls

Rest remaining time of each set

Conditioning
