-1 Overhead Complex: Strict Press + Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
Add light weight each round

Skill

Squat Clean and Jerk

Warm Up
4x2 @ 60-70%
w/ pause at knee
drop and reset

then

7x1 @ 80-90%


Conditioning

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

- Squat clean and Jerk (165/110)

Scales
Power clean
Front squat
Jerk

*Reduce load as necessary
