3 rounds, not for time of:
45 secs of jumping jacks
5 shoulder pass throughs, pvc pipe
5 jumping air squats
5 overhead squats, pvc pipe
10 push-ups or knee push-ups
10 sit-ups

Skill/Strength
Farmers Carry 1-1-1
Complete 3 challenging carries with a heavy load. Increase the distance as needed if the load is too light.
