Climbers then: 10 up dog/down dog 10 side to side lunges 10 russian baby makers 10 PVC pass throughs, good mornings, and around the world's 10 light KB swings 10 push ups Skill/Strength: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Banded bicep curls Banded tricep extensions **this is done SLOW and in control, DO NOT fly through this Workout: “Freddy Krueger” 21-15-9 KB Swings (55,35) Burpees Bonus: 50 weighted russian twists 50 weighted sit up with a press (can use a plate, DB or KB)
