Wednesday May 27

Warm up:
10 worlds greatest stretch
10 Spider-Man’s
10 Samson stretch
10 lunge with a twist
Ankle circles
Arm circles

Skill/strength:
Run 10 min
30 sec run 30 sec walk

Workout:
100 jumping jacks
40 jumping lunges
100 jumping jacks
40 v-ups
100 jumping jacks
40 plank up downs
Start with a 3 min EMOM
Rest 1 min
Then 6 min EMOM
Rest 2 min
Finish with a 9 min EMOM
**pick up where ever you left off at the end of each round. For the 9 min if you finish all the movements then start back over
