(Time)
Warm up:
10 cat/cow
10 up dog/down dog
10 scorpions
10 squats with pause at the bottom
Pigeon stretch 30 sec each leg
Wall stretch 30 sec each arm

Skill/strength:
12 min EMOM
10-15 Shoulder press (use a weighted backpack or bricks or water bottle)

Workout:
3 rounds
8 strict burpees
12 glute bridges with a pause
16 lunges
20 single leg glute bridges

Post:
50 sit ups
50 leg lifts
