Tabata: tuck jumps
10 single leg ground to sky reach
10 scorpions
10 side to side lunges
10 lunge with a twist
10 up dog/down dog

Skill/strength:
200 step ups

Workout:
7 rounds for time
30 running man line jumps
8 devil press (use a backpack, or dumbbells or water jug)
12 alternating reverse lunges

Rest 60 seconds

1 round
90 running man line jumps
24 devil press
36 alternating reverse lunges
