(Time)
Warm up:
10 Runners lunge
10 knee hugs with hip opener
Hip circles
5 squats with hold at the bottom

Skill/strength:
3 rounds for 3 min each
8 right leg lunges going down for 2 counts and back up for 2 counts
8 sec right leg lunge hold (knee is just above ground)
8 right leg lunges (no pause, continuous movement)
Repeat with the left leg
As soon as you finish lunges on left leg go straight into holding plank with allowing 15 sec of rest before starting all over again.

Tabata #1
Jumping lunges
Plank jump backs
Rest 1 min

Tabata #2
Gorilla squats
Push ups
Rest 1 min

Tabata #3
Tuck crunches
Hollow rocks
Rest 1 min

Tabata #4
Russian twists
V-ups
