10 world’s greatest stretch
10 inchworm
10 good mornings
10 lunge with a twist

Strength/ skill:
100 lunges (each leg)

Workout:
15 min EMOM
1) 25 step ups
2) 10 Bulgarian lunges each leg
3) ground to overhead (pack a backpack!)
