Warm up:
10 world’s greatest stretch
10 inchworm
10 Russian baby makers
10 air squats
5 push ups

Strength/skill:
15 min emom
Odd: reverse flys (use water bottles, cans, rocks...any 2 things of same weight)
Even: ground to overhead (fill a backpack or use same thing as you used for reverse flys)

Workout:
10 rounds for time:
50 jumping jacks
5 push ups

Post:
Bloody abs (30 sec of each movement for 5 min)
Single leg v-ups
Tuck crunches
