Tabata
Jumping jacks
Then
10 slow air squats
10 side lunges
10 up dog/down dog
10 runners stretch

Skill/strength:
100 step ups (do weighted if you got some)

Workout:
15 min amrap
15 air squats
20 lunges (10 each leg)
20 single leg Romanian dead lift
15 air squats

Post:
50 Russian twists (each side)
50 v-ups
