Warm up:
10 ground to overhead (no weight)
10 lunges with a twist
10 inchworm
20 air squats
30 sec pigeon hold

Strength/skill:
Cossack squat
5x 10 each side

Workout:
3 rounds
15 plank to forearms
1 min side plank left
1 min side plank right
15 hollow rocks
1 min left elbow plank (only use one elbow)
1 min right elbow plank (only using one elbow)
15 V-ups
Rest for 2 min
