Warm up:
60 sec high knee/jog in place
60 sec butt kicks
60 sec Mtn. Climbers
15 toy soldiers
10 squats w/3 sec pause at bottom

Strength/skill:
Tabata 4 min 20 sec work 10 sec rest
Glute bridges

Tabata #2
Find a heavy object or stuff a backpack with heavier things
Ground to overheads

Workout:
20 min EMOM
1-10 min: 30 step ups
15 tricep dips
Alternate movements every other min
11-20 min: 40 bicycles
30 sec plank holds

Post: 100 Russian twists (weighted if you got one)
