(Time)
Warm up:
5 min jog or fast paced walk (get your heart up)
10 knee hugs
10 quad pulls
10 side lunges
5 worlds greatest stretch (each side)
3 inchworm

Strength/Skill:
Bulgarian split squat (use a chair or couch)
5X10 (5 sets of 10 reps each leg)
Rest 30 sec to a min between sets

Workout:
5 rounds
1 min glute bridges
1 min super mans
1 min hollow rocks
1 min penguin jumps
1 min rest
