Happy April(Time) Warm up: 50 jumping jacks 50 mtn climbers 10 worlds greatest stretch 10 inchworm 5 air squats with pause at bottom 10 knee hugs with hip opener Strength/skill: Run for 12 min Go out start in a nice slow steady pace, you should be able to hold a conversation, then by a couple minutes pick up the pace where talking would be difficult and before you hit the half way point allow at least 30 sec of a full out sprint with a 30 sec walking recovery, turn back towards your starting point and go harder and slow pace down as you closer to the end. Workout: 3 rounds 40 air squats 15 tricep dips (find a chair, couch, bed, box) Post: Hold plank for a min Hold right side plank for a min Hold left side plank for a min |
