Snatch EMOM


(Time)
Warm up:
2 rounds
50 double unders or singles
10 world's greatest stretch
5 inchworms
10 pvc pass throughs
10 around the world's
10 wall squats
8 plate squats

Strength/Skill:
2 rounds of 5 reps
-Down and Up
-Down, up elbows high and outside
-Muscle snatch
-Overhead Squat
-Snatch drop
-snatch land
-hang power snatch
then warm up to working weight

Workout:
12 min EMOM
1 hang power snatch
2 overhead squats

Accessory work:
hand stand holds
work up to a total of 2 min
