(Time)
Warm-up:

4 mins of jogging, biking or rowing
-- then --
2 rounds not for time of:
10 v-ups or sit-ups
5 wall balls
5 pike push ups
5 kip swings
5 kettlebell swings

Skill/Strength:
Hand Stand Push up Practice (From a Bench or a box)
Toe to bar practice

Workout:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 31 Minutes:
11 Burpees
21 Kettlebell Swings
8 HandStand Push Ups
8 Toes To Bar

Cool Down & Stretching:

Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.

Chest & Pec Stretch (hands behind)
Hold 1-2 mins.

Lacrosse Ball Trap Stretch
1-2 mins per side.

Straddle Stretch
Hold 1-2 mins.
