Back - toy soilders
Down - inchworm w/push up
Back - 10 PVC good mornings
10 scap pulls
10 kips
5 strict pull ups
5 minutes for max attempts of broken pull ups (kipping or strict)

Strength:
“Deadlift”
5 minutes to build up to working weight for workout

Workout:
5 rounds for time
10 push ups
20 deadlifts (115/95)

Tabata abs
Heel touch

Post Mobility:
