WARMUP:
200 meter jog
Down - high knees
Back - knee hugs
Down - butt kickers
Back - quad stretch
10 air squats
10 push ups
3 X 20 sec hollow holds
20 straight up and down jumps
20 penguin jumps
Double unders/or attempts

STRENGTH:
“Shoulder Press”
10, 8, 5, 3, 5, 8, 10
-Warm up
-Start light and build

WORKOUT:
4 rounds for time
400 meter run (200 meter run)
50 double unders (attempts or 100 singles)

Post Abs:
50 weighted sit ups

Post Mobility:
Quad stretch
Forearm stretch
