Hang Power Clean and Jerk

For time:
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 - Ring Rows
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 - GHD Sit-ups (ab mat)
Athlete will start with 21 ring rows then do 3 ghd’s, then 18 rr, then 6 ghd’s, and so on
