Overhead Squats

Skill:
Handstand Work
Wrist Circles
10 kick ups (kick up to wall and come back down)
*if athlete can’t do it have them do attempts
5 wall walks (get belly as close as possible)
Scale 5 walks to pike hold on box
5 attempts of max handstand holds

Workout:
Overhead Squats
5 X 5
Build weight each set
Rest 2-3 between sets
