Barbell warm up for cleans

Tabata Abs:
GHD Sit-ups (ab mat)
GHD Hip extensions (supermans)

Skill/Strength:
Warming up for workout
Pull ups:
10 scap pulls
10 kips
Find what scale you will be doing
Challenge yourself!!-strict pulls, use one less band if doing banded

Push ups:
Figure out what you will do for workout
Push ups on knees, elevated push ups, put an mat or 2 under torso

Clean and jerks:
Build to working weight
