(Time)
Warm-up

4 rounds, not for time of:
1 min of jogging, biking, or rowing (increase pace each round)
5-8 sit-ups or hollow rocks
4 inchworm push-ups
1 Turkish get-up, L arm (you choose the load)
1 Turkish get-up, R arm (you choose the load)

Skill/Strength
Shoulder Press 12-12-12
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
3x8-12 reps

Workout
4 rounds for time of:
Farmers Carry, 50/35 lbs, 400 m
30 Sit-ups
Run, 200 m
15 Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs

Cool Down & Stretching

Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking, or rowing, then stretch.

Cobra Stretch (abs)
1-2 mins

Chest & Pec Stretch (hands behind)
Hold 1-2 mins

Frog Stretch
Hold 1-2 mins
