June 7 2021(Time) Warm-up; 3 rounds, not for time of: 1 min of running, biking, or rowing (increase pace each round) 10 steps of walking lunges 5 hip & back extensions 5 Shoulder Pass Throughs, pvc pipe 1 Turkish get-ups, R arm - you choose load 1 Turkish get-ups, L arm - you choose load 7 power clean + push press, empty barbell Skill: 3 rounds for max reps of: Hang Power Cleans, pick load, 30 secs Shoulder-to-Overheads, pick load, 30 secs Rest 2 mins between each round. Does NOT need to be unbroken. You choose the loading Workout: Grettel 10 rounds for time of: 3 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs 3 Burpees Over Bar |
