then:
10 side to side lunges
5 magic mikes
10 push ups
with an empty bar bell
10 Romanian deadlifts
10 good mornings

Skill/Strength:
Front Squat
5 X 5
**weight should be heavy

Workout:
5 RFT
10 Deadlifts 135/95
10 Over the Bar Burpees
