10 Samson stretch
10 lunge twist
10 squat with pause at the bottom

Skill/strength:
10 min run
Run 1:00 with :30 sec walk

Workout:
5 rounds for time
60 jumping jacks
50 air squats
40 walking lunges
30 jump lunges
20 squat jumps
10 pistols

Post:
Hold plank for 90 sec
Rest 30 sec
Hold plank for 60 sec
Rest 30 sec
Hold plank for 30 sec
