30 sec high knees
30 sec butt kicks
10 cherry pickers
5 magic mikes
Joint circles: start with neck, shoulders, arms, hips, knees, ankles
Leg swings

Skill/Strength
Bloody abs
5 min of work, 30 sec on each movement
Single leg V-ups
Russian Twists

Workout
4 min Run
Then 10 Rounds
10 Handstand Pushups
10 pistols
4 min Run

*Scale to pike pushups and Squat to an object.
