Warm up:
60 sec high knees
60 sec butt kicks
10 knee hugs
10 quad pulls
10 world’s greatest stretch
10 inchworm

Strength/skill:
Get out and run, jog, fast walk for 10 min!!

Workout:
6 min AMRAP
10 object facing squat jump overs (find something 8-12inches tall)
10 alternating single leg v-up
10 sit ups

Rest 60 sec

6 min AMRAP
50 lateral jumps
20 step ups
10 X (2 shoulder taps plus push ups)
10 plank up downs

Rest 2 min and repeat the whole thing once more
