I Plank You Plank


(Time)
Warm up:
2 to 3 rounds:
50 mtn climbers
50 jumping jacks
10 russian baby makers
10 air squats
Down - broad jumps
Back - bear crawl
10 - hip/back exctentions
10 - ab mat sit ups

Strength/Skill:
Warm up to working weight for front squat
and do some box steps up and jumps

Workout:
For Time with Partner
5,000 meter row
50 front squats
60 box jumps

Break it up any way you like. Only one partner may work at a time. While one partner is working, the other is holding a plank. If the partner holding a plank drops out, partners switch places.
