Cross Fit Total(Time) Warmup: 3 rounds: 400 meter row or 2 min bike 10 air squats 10 inchworm 10 PVC pass throughs 10 PVC good mornings(move to bar after 1st round) 10 PVC push press(move to bar after 1st round) Workout: Back Squat Shoulder Press Deadlift Start with 5-6 warm up sets for Back Squat then you have 3 attempts to do Back Squats then 2-3 warm up sets for Shoulder Press then you have 3 attempts to do Shoulder Press 3-4 warm up sets for Deadlift then you have 3 attempts to do deadlift -increase weight after each successful attempt
