Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of: 7 Toes-to-bars 7 Burpees Cool Down & Stretching: Cool down for 5-15 mins by walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch. Lats & Chest Stretch (bar hang) Hold 1-2 mins. Frog Stretch Hold 1-2 mins. |
