Skill:
Warm up deadlift
HSPU Practice will Full Range of Motion

3 rounds for time of:
21 Wall Balls (20/14)
14 Handstand Push-ups
7 Deadlifts (315/205#)

Optional:
Shoulder Press 12-12-12
For quality:
15 Wall Walks
Clean Pull 5-5-5-5
Use heaviest weight

Cool Down & Stretching:

Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.

Hold 1-2 mins per side.
