Radioactive(Time) Warm-up: 4 rounds not for time of: 1 min of jogging, biking or rowing 3 pull-ups or ring rows 6 push-ups or knee push-ups 9 air squats 10 leg swings (Each leg) Workout: For time: 50 Burpee Pull-ups Rest 5 minutes 50 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) Rest 5 minutes 50 Bar Facing Burpees Scale - Scale Reps (30), Burpee ring row Optional: Dumbbell Box Step-up 1x40 Cool Down & Stretching: Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch. Pec Stretch (laying on side) 1-2 mins per side. Frog Stretch Hold 1-2 mins. |
