Tabata Abs:
Weighted straddle sit-ups
Weighted russian twists

10 minute EMOM
Shoulder press
10 (pick a weight that can be done unbroken)

For Time:
800 meter run
50 burpees
50 kb swings (55/35)
50 sit up (bonus GHD sit-ups)
800 meter run
Scaling - cut meters of running, lower number of reps
