Foam Roll
Jog 200 meters
10 squats
Down- world’s greatest stretch
Back- inchworm with push up
Down- side lunge
Back- bear crawl
10 squats

Tabata Abs:
Bicycle crunch
Roll up/v-up

Skill:
Pull up bar work
2 rounds
10 scap pulls
10 kips
30 sec hang w/ activated shoulders

If you don’t have pull ups yet start with pulls to barbell
Try banded negative pull ups
If you have pulls ups increase number of reps you can do in a row

Workout:
4 rounds for time
15 Push press
25 GHD Sit ups
30 Air squats
