Satan's Whiskers(Time) SKILL Rope Climbs -Start with knees to elbows on bar (3X5) **have athletes really get those knees high and close to elbows as they can -move to rope pulls from ground -next move to rope leg locks, do from box -if athletes are getting their leg locks move them to doing a couple climbs up the rope to a certain height WORKOUT: “Satan’s Whiskers” 3 rounds for time 10 chest to bar pull ups (banded) 10 front squats (165/115) 10 burpees |
