Barbell Warm Up for cleans

Abs Tabata:
Side plank hip touches

Strength:
Clean and Jerk

Workout:

16 minute EMOM

*Perform each movement for 1 minute, then immediately move on to the next movement.

1) Double Unders (singles)
2) Toes to Bar (knees to elbows)
3) Dumbbell Snatch (55/35)
4) Farmer Carry wall to wall (55/35)
