Down and up – “SPEED THROUGH THE MIDDLE”
Elbows high and outside – “BAR CLOSE”
Muscle snatch – “STRONG TURNOVER”
Snatch land – “FOOT WORK” 2”, 4”, 6”
Snatch drop – “FOOT WORK”

*Do a set every 2 minutes.
