Warm-up
4 rounds, not for time of:
1 min of rowing, biking, or jogging (increase pace each round)
10mt of high knees
10mt of butt kicks
5 inchworm push-ups or walking push-ups (see video below)
10 light russian kettlebell swings
5 broad jumps (start easy, if you want increase the length of the jump round after round)

Workout
Row 5 km

This is an all out effort for time.

Cool Down & Stretching
Cool down for 5-15 minutes by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.

Straddle Stretch
Hold 1-2 minutes.
