Conditioning

-2 DB devils press
-4 DB thrusters
-6 DB front rack lunges
-50 double unders
-400 meter run

L1: 25/15
L2: 35/25
L3: 50/35

Devils press to thrusters to front rack lunges should be completed in 1 set. Choose a weight to finish one movement directly into the next.
