June 17 2021 Reps Warm-up: 2 rounds, not for time of: 50 jumping jacks 30 secs of banded steps forwards + backwards 1x Burgener warm-up with empty bar, 45/35 lbs (see video below) 2 Turkish get-ups, L arm (you choose load) 2 Turkish get-ups, R arm (you choose load) Skill: For quality: Handstand Walk Practice, 10-15 mins Workout: Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between: 50 Double Unders 20 Push Press, 75/55 lbs max rep Row Calories, 30 secs Cool Down & Stretching: Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking, or rowing, then stretch. Hamstring Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side Calves & Foam Rolling Lacrosse Ball Trap Stretch 1-2 mins per side
