(Time)
Warm up:
10 worlds greatest stretch
10 up dog/down dog
10 squats with 3 sec pause at bottom
10 push ups

Skill/strength:
Tabata #1: jumping squats
Tabata #2: heel touches
Tabata #3: v-ups

Workout:
10 min AMRAP
10 reverse lunges (use a dumbbell if you have one)
20 plank shoulder taps
30 mtn climbers
100 m run or 50 high knees
