10 pole squats
10 hip/back extensions

strentgh/skill:
back squats
3 set's 5 (heavy)

Workout:
with a continuous clock for 13 min perform each exercise for 1 min
P-pull ups
R-renegade row
E-elbows to knee
S-squats
I-inchworm w/push up
D-deadlift with KB
E-elbows to knee
N-nifty curls (aka get biceps curls)
T-turkish get up
S-squats
D-deadlift with KB
A-alternating lunges
Y-y raises(like supermans)
