Happy Birthday Karen(Time) Warm-up: 500 meter bike or 2 minute row followed by... 3 rounds not for time of: 30 jumping jacks 10 walking lunge steps 7 sit-ups 5 inch worms 10 air squats For time: 150 Wall Balls (20/14) Cool Down & Stretching: Cool down for 5-15 mins by walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch. Couch Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side.. Chest & Pec Stretch (hands behind) Hold 1-2 mins.
