Death By Dumbbell Thruster(Rounds) Warm-up: 2 rounds not for time of: 50 double unders or 75 single unders 10 wall squats 10 pvc good mornings 10 pvc pass throughs D - Butt kicks B - Leg pulls D - Side Lunge 10 dumbbell deadlifts Strength: Warmup to dumbell weight With a continuously running clock perform: 1 Dumbbell Thruster, 50/35 lbs in the first 1 min 2 Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs in the second 1 min 3 Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs in the third 1 min ... Continuing this for as long as you are able. Cool Down & Stretching: Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch. Couch Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side. Wall Shoulder Stretch Hold 1-2 mins. |
