Happy 1 year anniversary to The Box!


(Weight)
Warm-up:

2 rounds not for time of:
50 single unders
10 wall squats
10 pass throughs with pvc pipe
10 toes-to-bars, knees-to-elbows, GHD, or AbMat sit-ups
5 overhead squats, empty barbell (3 secs pause at the bottom)

Skill/Strength:

Warm up to working weight
5 minutes of double under practice

Workout:
3 rounds for time of:
10 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs
50 Double Unders


Optional:
Dumbbell Box Step-up 1x40

Use the heaviest weight you can for the set.

Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.

Wall Shoulder Stretch
Hold 1-2 mins.

Kneeling Lay Back
Hold 1-2 mins.
