Warm-up:

4 mins of running, biking or rowing, followed by…

2 rounds not for time of:
Down - high knees
10 lateral lunges (5 per side)
Down - butt kicks
10 squats
8 back extensions
4 broad jumps

Strength:
Warm up to working weight

For time:
20 Back Squats (225/155)
2 mile run
20 Back Squats (225/155)

*Use a rack.

Replace 2 mile run with 4000 meters on the rower

Cool Down & Stretching:

Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.

Hamstring Stretch
Hold 1-2 mins per side.

Couch Stretch
Hold 1-2 mins per side.
