(Time)
Warm-up:

2 rounds not for time of:
500 meter row, 400 meter run, or 2 minute bike (increase pace in 2nd round)
10 Squats
10 Leg swings (each leg)
10 Cherry Pickers
10 pass throughs with pvc pipe
5 overhead squats, empty barbell (3 secs descending + 3 secs up)

*After the warm-up start slowly increasing loading until you begin your working load

Celebrate a Hero

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
35/45-lb. overhead squats, 20 reps
35/45-lb. back squats, 20 reps
400-meter run

Optional Accessory:
3 rounds for quality of:
Dumbbell Front Rack Lunge, pick load, 25 m
15-25 m

Strict Knees-to-elbows 1x50
Accumulate 25-50 reps.
