Wear your costume to the workout!

Warm up:
500 meter row, 400 meter run, or 2 minute bike
3 rounds not for time of:
5 hip & back extensions
7 deadlifts, empty barbell
7 bent over rows, empty barbell
5 overhead squats, empty barbell
5 push-ups or knee push-ups, (hand-release, if possible)

Strength:
Warm up to working weight

For time:
31 Sumo deadlift high pulls, 95/65 lbs
31 Bar Facing Burpees
Dumbbell Lunge, 50/35 lbs, 31 m
31 Ring Dips
