10 leg swings (forward & sideways)
8 broad jumps (Explosive, land light on feet)
Down - Toy Soldier
Back - Bird Dip

Skill/Strength:
Warm up to working weight for deadlift

Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Goal: Around 85% of your 1RM Deadlift

Accessory Work:

Single Stiff Legged Deadlift 12-12-12
